Beautiful capture Chris!
Focus is sharp and white balance is controlled superbly.
Great use of natural light, fine details in the silhouette of the cityscape.

Wow what a view here, even though it is the city it is still beautiful to see that sunset with those rays going up the colours are beautiful and the reflection gives a clear view of the river

It is a fantastic sunset you have pictured here Chris, and I especially like how well you have captured the rays from the setting sun in the above clouds. The colors of the sky are nicely reflected in the shiny water, and your point of view is perfect.
The photo is sharp and all the buildings and structures are standing out well defined. The exposure is spot on.
The format and framing is perfect, and with the setting sun off to the right, it is a very fine balance in the composition. I think this is a lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
