What a neat title! Indeed he likes those walnuts and it helping himself to one. But he will probably be back for more. What balance the lovely detailed squirrel has on the somewhat narrow structure.

Wow this is a great stop action image of the squirrel running off with the walnut. Composition is excellent and the detail, clarity and focus are good. The blue sky perfectly complements the squirrel and his escape.

Roger,
A beautiful stop action picture of this American Grey Squirrel running off with a Walnut along the power lines, the sun's rays adding a golden hue to it's fur the slight blur on it's back legs show how fast it was running. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques& sharp focus. Good lick in the contest.

A beautiful stop action picture of this American Grey Squirrel running off with a Walnut along the power lines, the sun's rays adding a golden hue to it's fur the slight blur on it's back legs show how fast it was running. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques& sharp focus. Good lick in the contest.

You have pictured this running squirrel so well, and the stop action is very good. Looks like the little rascal is trying to get away as fast as possible before he is caught. The all blue background is perfect for the squirrel to stand out in an excellent way.
The photo is sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen in every part of the squirrel. The exposure is perfect.
The format you have cropped the photo into is working well, and the squirrel has got a fine placement within the frame. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.
