Nice shot of this hummingbird!! I don't usually see them perched like this one is. He is so beautiful. Great focus and exposure on him. Nice composition with the leaves, he is well positioned within the frame. This is a great entry for this contest, best of luck to you.

This is an special shot. Your timing was perfect. We usually don't see hummingbirds constantly resting like this one. Your close-up is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I enjoy the realism of color band light and the sharpness of detail. The reflections at the beak and the plumage are especial interesting. The light reflection in the dark eye is intriguing. The little bird is perfect placed within the frame. Its diagonal position pleases the eyes and the equilibrium of the viewers. The close-up is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.
