Pat,
A beautiful peaceful Autumnal scene with a carpet of russet & gold leaves underfoot with the Silver Birches showing off their beautiful white trunks. The path over the brighe inviting one to follow it into the heart of the picture around the bend on the path. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques& sharp focus.

only ten minutes away from your home? wow! it must be a pleasure to walk in this park with your dogs, especially when the vegetation has turned so nicely to autumn colors; excellent composition with the wooden bridge leading the eye to the turning walkway;;

I like the position that includes the stark trunks against the multicolours of fallen leaves and those still in place. The take is very clear, good use of light, appears balanced and a fine presentation

We haven't had any snow yet ( Goddess Be Praised! ) but the leaves really came down in last night's rain storm!
Here I am rambling on about weather conditions a couple thousand miles south east of you when I should be complimenting the absolutely beautiful photo that you've presented us with,Pat! : D
