This is one scary Halloween picture. Great decorations. The orange really makes it liokmlik Halloween. The darkness also adds to the fear of this holiday

This must be one of your best Brenda, and this is a truly lovely entry into a contest like this. Your daughter had done up the entrance of her hose in a really great way, and it was indeed a great idea to set up packets of sweets on the door. And I just love the threat of a curse if the kids took more than one. LOL
I especially like how well all the light are standing out, and also the pumpkin in the window. The photo is also sharp, and in spite of the darkness, it is clear and well defined details to be seen. The exposure is perfect.
The format and framing is very good, and with the door placed off to the right, it is a very good balance in the composition. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken Halloween photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.
