An excellently composed and framed cityscape. Good visual impact. Camera settings are spot on for this shot. DOF draws the viewer in and holds ones attention. As I have remarked before the colors shown here are a very high dynamic range and they seem somehow more accurate in tonality - impressive technique.
I personally like the juxtaposition of the modern high rise and the aged tenement buildings. The brooding sky adds a lot of flavor to the scene.
You captured something of the cities personality with this shot ... Bob P B-))

And interesting & unusual view of the Chicago skyline viewed from below looking up at the differently coloured skyscrapers under astormy & cloudy sky . The clouds driven by the wind racing across the heavens. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Great photograph of the inner city of Chicago.
I was in the downtown only once, taking a rail of curiosity, but that is exactly how it looked like.

The ole windy city. Worked there for a few months. Cool angle. The slight upward angle of the shot of these row of buildings is great. The capture of the light is great. The clarity is great.the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall.
