Very interesting photo.The ship photographed with the palm tree in front makes this a photo and not just a snap shot. Good use of HDR. I also like the description of the photo.

I love the way you framed the ship. I love to cruise and can't wait until I feel safe about getting back on a cruise ship. This looks much older than today's cruise ships. Everything works together so well. Even the white, cloudy sky.

I do very much appreciate your kind review and big 6! I believe it began cruising back in the 30?s and was retired into Long Beach California after the Americans bought it as a tourist location in the 60?s. We cruised across the Atlantic, from Southampton, England to New York City, USA in May 2018.Reckon that there cannot be that many people who have been aboard both ships!

This is an interesting photo. The tropical vegetation at the foreground and the seascape at the background are interesting. The ship is impressive. You captured nice detail. It looks as if a secured boardwalk brings the visitors safely to the sea shore. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I appreciate the realism of color and light and the sharpness of detail. The photo is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

This almost looks lime a painting. What a grand view of a grand old lady ... we British were sad when she retired and left our shores for America an icon in her time this is a beautiful shot with excellent background and framing.

First of all I know where you are talking about. I have had tours on Queen Mary in Long Beach, Ca. A very beautiful image. You have captured the essence of the ship. The Palm Trees give this image a feeling of the Ship is seeking into port.You have done a great job on this image.
