A beautiful artwork! This princess shows excellent details of face and body. I especially like her ornate neck choker and gorgeous full red lips. The background colors are warm and pleasing giving her great highlight. Nicely composed and balanced.

A special presentation and I am wondering why you are not doing a self presentation for the special contest as you are excellent in every single presentation like this one too - I love the smiling lady with such a nice way to present her so you can create this perfect princess - your detail work and color choice is always fantastic - your applications perfect and your background color combination and application creates harmony and an attractive first impression, well done again, xoxo

A good looking image posted here! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of the princess. Wonder if such a woman would wear such a dress in public? Colours, textures and tones are good. Nicely painted!

She looks like a princess done in oils on a wood panel. Really nice background and dress work, as is the necklace. Nice mood depicted in her gaze. This makes her more alive. You did really well with making the brown eyes more beautiful. The hair is nice too.

Thank you so very very much I love to paint on wood panels but the supply chain problems makes it difficult to find the wood

I love that burgundy tinge in her luxuriously thick hair. The royal look in her eyes and that vanity expression on her pretty face. The neck is all adorned and the red costume is majestic. Kudos for sharing this beautiful artwork

She seems to be in her private room. It seems that she wears a dressing grown. It looks as if she applied some make up but is not done jet. She is still young, perhaps in her twenties, but the royal duties marked her face. A crease seems to run down from her nose toward her ear. Dark shadows are in the corners of the eyes. The light from the left emphasizes the crease and the eyes. Your attention to exact and realistic detail is impressive. Perspective and proportions are correct. The colors are pleasant. The yellow background is attractive. The portrait is excellently composed and rendered. The composition is balanced.

This is Really Cool,James!
'The Princess' reminds me of how I've seen Great Queen Titania of Faery portrayed by several artists at venues pertaining to 'the Peaceful Folk'! ( As the Fae like us to call them! )
It's a Well-Presented and pleasingly colorful creation,my friend!

I see ambition in her eyes, strength of character in her jaw line and passion on her lips.

The palette melds perfectly. I am glad the garment she wears is toned down. A brighter shade would have changed the mood her face has established, it would have also upstaged the shape of her breast.

You have a good gift for portraying an individuals character equally well as their physical attributes ... Bob P B-))
