She is alone and by the way she is sitting there with her knees up and face hidden ,she wants to be left alone, it's because she has lost trust and doesn't believe that anyone cares .
Very well drawn with such a good show of her shape and form , she has such beautiful hair, great attention to the details, nice light and shaded areas.

This is really an amazing expressionistic black-and-white drawing that really shows how this woman is feeling also the pose you chose to draw expresses that in every way that she really is alone and doesn't wanna see anybody.
