fortunately you caught this head whilst still in fresh bloom! this is the instructions for them:They need little more than a clean vase and fresh water to turn heads and impress guests. Available year-round, these long lasting flowers should stay fresh for 7 to 14 days. Your bunch has been naughty! I thought my mum always called them Margariten!

This is a lovely flower with a unique grayish background. Very nice complement of one another, composition really nice and those lovely cream colored petals with touches of yellows is lovely. The stem is okay but more lovely the way you had it coming from the side, like its growing there.

I like the title and resulting image. Keeping things simple is often a very effective mode. I like the muted background as it compliments the flower very well. The stem is a good leading line for the flower. Nice.

The idea of Keeping It Simple is what is attractive about this.

The Sten entering from the lower left corner leads the eye to the Daisy.

Even though there was a short window to get the shot, you got it with a good white balance and good detail.

The background is just right for emphasizing the flower.

Nice work Pat ~ Steve

Stunning photograph of a single flower. Your choice of background harmonizes well and brings focus on the flower. Good definition and clarity.

I love the simplicity of the flower. The background color really contrasts well with the color of the flower. Whites are tricky, but the light on this flower is just right. Really quite lovely.

Unfortunately cut flowers don't last well especially if the house is heated for your winter. Beautiful color for this image your handling of white balance and exposure is spot on - focus is also very good giving clarity to the petals of the Gerbera. :)

Nice shot of this pretty flower. It is white which is not an easy color to photograph but it appears to be in good detail and no blow outs. I too love these flowers.
