I love all the details with the flowing full moon, lights in the city and architecture on the buildings that are reaching for the stars.

This is an interesting creation. It could be a wonderful poster for a city to display. I love all the neon like colors you have used to outline the shapes. The dark blue sky is so pretty and sets things off well.

I love the beautiful green outline all through the cityscape architecture. I also love dark lemon yellow colour of the hanging moon. Metropolitan cities actually don't sleep and this one is no exception. Kudos and best wishes for the contest
