Another special creation with so many details that it becomes very attractive looking deeper to discover all the details which are so special, as I can discover several beings which certainly were not planned - I even can see the human face - congratulations xoxo

That's a nice way to pay tribute to your grandfather. In fact, it minds me of my own grandfather.I like the interesting approach and the use of colours and strokes of palette knife

Oh I see it!, your art form is pretty cool, what a cool memory, yeah, I remember people in my home town having huge gardens in their back yard, they had tomatoes on vines and grapes for wine lol,, I like this

Very abstract. I like to study these and here I can see your grandfather in the shape middle left bending to tend his crops ... the rest is a profusion of Mediterranean colours of fruit and vegetables. Very well captured colour pallet.

Caught my eye immediately Ray, but I am such a fan of the abstract. :) Definitely has a garden feel and colour palette. I can only imagine the textures that are there 'for real' as sadly in artwork this is often hard to depict. When you really 'look' into this there is so much pareidolia. Love it :)

All the best,

It's a highly interesting composition you crafted using this palette knife and acrylic paint. The theme is beautiful- it's such a colourful garden teaming with fruits, vegetables and flowers and fatherly figure is out there to tend the plants. Since you have done this as a tribute to your grandfather, it becomes all the more special. Kudos for sharing this beautiful artwork

Ray I find your abstract work very interesting to view - you can see different shapes and images within the work and your choice of colors blending together works so well. Great to view and a lovely memorial to your grandfather.

Thank you Mary, for the fine review. So glad you enjoy 'Papa in the Garden'. If you want, when you bring it up, enlarge it and then you will see it at a different vantage point. Let me know. This is true of all of my paintings. Thanks again. Ray G.

Real nice abstract depiction of your grandfather in the garden. I can see the twigs/tomatoes growing from, grounds, looks like a tent of sorts, and green foliage. Although lovely work, I do think the darks may take away a little, although the bottom darks on the floor of the painting, look like shadows. Really like the more vivid colors, oranges and touches of emerald green in particular.

Ray, welcome. In the smaller circular version your work looks like beautiful abstract flowers and greenery as well.

Nonno in giardino ;)
Ah I can see your Nonno in his Garden Ray. The shades of red and green are perfect here.
I enjoy your abstract work because we truly have a story and a visual that evokes and draws us in.
What a sweet memory and fine dedication you your Nonno.
Bravo :)
Sorry out of sixes :(
