very cool, yeah after awhile leaves do disintegrates into the soil. Love that the main veins are still around, they become almost see through, I like the frame, its almost like you kept it from disappearing

Beautiful photograph and so artistic flair of using the mixed media and getting this piece of artwork.
The texture of the leaf, or the remains of it, are so nicely presented in this black and white presentation.

This is interesting and well presented. Looks like a painting or lithograph. The black and white tones give good definition and clarity. The black border shows good highlight of the details. Best of luck for the contest!
