Thank you so much for your review Glena. I did not win the contest however. As has happened on numerous occasions the photo in second place got two votes at the last minute to win by one vote. This is rather frustrating as it happens quite often. I do know who is behind it but there is no reason to complain. The person/people is/are very vindictive and will never change. Sorry to go on like that. I really do appreciate your review and continued support ~ Steve

Welcome, artist friend, and you do excellent work. So sorry for the above info and I am sorry. Things like this should never be. May you win first place very soon.

Steve, This is what I'm talking about....playing around with different filters and different looks! You can create whole new looks that even you didn't know existed! It's fun too!
Not to sure if I'd like to be in this galaxy. It has a ominous look to it! Very Cool though! Good Luck in The Mixed Media of the Month Contest My Friend!

This almost looks bibical steve you almost see the parting of the sea in this as depicted in the bible[not that i am religous by the way] but it does have a surreal qaulity about it,good one...Brian

You play well with your mixed media tools. How you use the light is outstanding. The light in the sky looks like a spaceship. The white foam of the crashing waves seems to be made from ice cream. The sepia toning emphasizes the mystical mood of your creation. Your photo has impressive depth and is perfect focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. The seascape is expertly composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of that stormy sea, crashing onto a distant, rocky cliff side. Colours, textures and tones are good. Nicely created!

It does look like somewhat abstract picture of a sea on a stormy day. The idea ha it is in another galaxy is so imaginative.
Great colors, mostly darker hues sets the dramatic scenery and weather conditions so well.
Great results of a playful activity.
Thank you for sharing.
