This is an impressive close up. The difference in size and color of the insects is interesting. There seem also some dragonflies beside the two grasshoppers. Your photo has good depth and is perfect focused and exposed. I enjoy the sharpness of detail and the realism of color and light. The tall format emphasizes the insects profoundly. The insects are well placed within the frame. The photo is perfect composed. The composition is balanced.

Incredible shot! I love the colors! I'm wondering if the other grass hopper is a male of the species or a totally different species? Focus is phenomenal on both with sup[er lighting. Very impressive shot! Sorry I don't have a six, because this shot deserves one! Thanks for sharing! :o) Helvi
