It's orange and black coloration is very similar to several Insect species we have here in North America,Mary,but I'm not certain how closely related the types might be!
One thing is certain though-your photo of it looks Great! : )

An interesting capture of the Horehound bug in action feeding on a lavendar plant. Your focus is great. The angle and plant make this very balanced. The colours are superb. Good luck in the comp.
