This is indeed a beautiful Peony, and I especially like that also buds are included in the photo. The softened green background is perfect for the flower to stand out in an excellent way.

The photo is sharp showing clear and well defined details in the peony, and the exposure is perfect.

The format and framing is very good, and I like the diagonal placement of the peony within the frame. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.

This is really beautiful and definitely deserves a 6, but I'm all out. Great initial impact, the viewer is immediately drawn into the scene by the vivid colors and stunning flower. It is framed perfectly and the lighting is lovely.
