Cute little fellow. The size is a surprise to me as he looks fierce and imposing. He is certainly givng you a great pose. His eyes are amazing and are giving you the death stare. The lighting and crop make him the star of the scene. Very well captured.

I love owls. I do not get the opportunity to get photos of them. I have gotten a few in the past but not many.
The image is sharp, colors and exposure are great. The background is well done. I do wish I could see just a tad bit more of the stump he is standing on. That's just my preference nothing against your photo.

This is a wonderful shot of this regal looking Owl. A picture similar but not as nice was an adornment for a cigar box. The yellow eyes, the stature, the mottled colored beak and those taloned claws make for an excellent shot. All those shots payed off. Ray

This Owl is impressive. I like the proud and confident pose of the bird. Your photo is perfect focused and exposed and has good depth. The enhancements are adequate and expertly done. I appreciate the refinement of textures and detail. The light in the eyes of the bird is especial interesting. The dark background emphasizes the bird profoundly. The photo is expertly composed. The Owl is excellent placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

i always get tickled at the owls facial. they always look pissed! you did an awesome job on this capture. the angle of the shot of this mean looking owl is great. the capture of the light is great. the clarity is great. i like that you blurred the background. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. great eye and awesome work overall.

Hmm? I guess I need to figure out what happened here. I had this enlarged on a 16x20, and it is incredibly sharp. I can see what you are talking about when I enlarge the image that you see though. It?s too bad that you don?t have a view of the original. Thanks for the review and the heads up.

I checked this photo out using my computer instead of my phone, and it looks great. Also, it got great reviews. It is disturbing to me because in the gallery where I sell my work, I am known for my sharp photography. This is just as sharp as all my other work or I would have deleted it. I am not complaining about your review, but I don?t know how to avoid this problem.
