Hi Steve, Love your round- the- bend waterfall! It's fun getting an angle shot like this where you can see the curve in the falls. Love the POV you chose to shoot the falls from. Love how the water in your falls looks churned up. Lets the viewer see and feel the action. This shot would have been cool any time of day. Nicely presented Steve. Good Luck in The Contest! :o) Nancy

this is where ill play a joke with someone and say.."i have a boat at the top..you wanna ride this down? have my camera ready for their facial reaction when they look at this while i say that..lol..wink. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this rocky waterfall is great. the capture of the light is great. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

My dear friend I can't get over how gorgeous this picture really came out. It's stunning. The waterfall is breathtaking. The lighting is incredible stunning view. I love nature and every time I see photographs of nature it puts such a big smile on my face this is just incredible. I live in a city and one day I would like to move into nature. A beautiful stop action picture of this Alaskan waterfall cascading down the hillside between the rocky riverside banks & trees. It's speed throwing up spray as it falls so the river appears white as the first light of the sunrise catches the trees on the right it makes their foliage glow with. Golden light that contrasts with the trees in the shade on the left bank. Magical composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

A beautiful stop action picture of this Alaskan waterfall cascading down the hillside between the rocky riverside banks & trees. It's speed throwing up spray as it falls so the river appears white as the first light of the sunrise catches the trees on the right it makes their foliage glow with. Golden light that contrasts with the trees in the shade on the left bank. Magical composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.
