Many legends of the 'First Nations' peoples say that Witches dance and play in the wind,Jirina,and although I'm sure they're referring to their own types of 'witches' ( which have a distinctly 'un-human' nature ) rather than the witches of European origins that I'm familiar with,I like that idea very much!
This beautiful mixed media presentation of yours reminded me of those interesting legends!
And I feel that the picture is Outstanding!
