A beautiful picture of a newly hatched Mallard duckling showing off it's third eyelid as it rests it beak on the log as it sleeps. The sunlight highlighting it's eye & soft yellow, brown & cream coloured down & the grass it's lying in. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
