I love grape jelly. To catch any bird on the wing is a great shot. You have nailed this beauty perfectly. It is your technique of keeping the camera moving pacing the bird that allows the sharp focus. The blurred background give wonderful contrast to show off the beauty of the Oriole. Lighting gives transparency to the wing tips adding a touch of grace to the scene. Well done.

You have indeed pictured this Oriole in flight really well, and the stop action is just perfect. The background is nicely softened for the bird to stand out in an excellent way, but the very white areas on the right are a tad distracting.
Your focus is however spot on and sharp, and it is clear and well defined details to be seen in the feathers of the bird. The exposure is very good, and the colors crisp and clear.
The photo is nicely cropped, and the bird has got a fine placement within the frame. A truly lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

This is such a beautiful bird and I know that capturing a bird in flight is a challenge, especially a smaller bird like this one! Well photographed with good stop of its action. I love the downward wings position.
The bird s well focused, this image is clear, exposure is good on the bird. It's colors and tones appear natural.
I wish the sky wasn't blown out , I'm sure you do too, but overall, this is a well captured image and it's truly a pleasure to view!

This is such a beautiful bird and I know that capturing a bird in flight is a challenge, especially a smaller bird like this one! Well photographed with good stop of its action. I love the downward wings position.
