Pretty the shading is ok but the bowl fades into the table and into the pear. I think that is a candlestick holder but it is a little off on the shape. It's a very nice painting overall. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, not quite. The lemon (greenish) has shading at the bottom and top of the bowl. I did look at a still life or drew from memory, painting this as my first oil on cardboard when I was near a teen. My sister and I drew and colored on paper, sometimes cardboard. I did spray it later for fixative.

This is a very well created still life painting. I like the green bowl with the various pieces of fruit, the candle holder placed to the left and a pear on the table.
I love the way the colors shine in this one and the way the grapes hang over the bowl.

The simplicity of this artwork is very appealing. I like that the green background flows into the bowl so that the fruit get the highlight they deserve!
