The idea of this emotion is well received. I loved to surprise my wife this way as I liked to be spontaneous. Her normal response a soft purr and I will leave the rest to the reader's imagination. The artwork has depth, and we can feel the emotion. We should take advantage of these opportunities every time we can. My wife had a major stroke 15 years ago and is now in a wheelchair. We have found that love comes in different forms, and we are now embracing our new normal. We just celebrated our 52nd wedding anniversary.

The expressions in this drawing indeed express the meaning of your commentary. The background is done well and the frame adds, but the drawing needs a lot of work that you could do digitally. Can't tell if that is her leg going to the right. The top parts are rather nice but most likely the closer one would be larger. The short dress is rather nice as are his jeans. But the figures need smoothing, if trying for realism because you have some fairly good features.

Thank you for your kind review and suggestions. Yes digitally I could have improved it but it is a traditional art contest no digital. I will try to improve it after the contest using digital. Of course, I can repost a digital modified one as a new post. Thanks again.
