You have captured the feel of tradition watercolor art via your digital medium. Close inspection can see and feel the attempts at the brush strokes of a tradition painted watercolor art. The strong colors and tight portrait style capture of his head and crest. The green watercolor style background works well.

What a beautiful work of Digital Art.
The colors are vivid and very eye catching. The contrasting of the red and black colors makes for a bold scene .
The sparkle in the eye is such a nice bonus.

You have done a great job picturing this red Cardinal, and especially the bright eye is well done. I especially like the crisp and clear reds, and also the textured green background. These two colors always go so well together.
The bird is painted paying a good attention to details and also showing the textures of the feathers. Excellent brush work and very good use of high lights.
The format and tight framing is perfect, and the cardinal is well placed on the canvas. Indeed a lovely and well done digital painting Cleo.
