I have had the opportunity to travel around the Cairns territory in 2000. The rural countryside and the chance to spend a day touring the ancient forests and the beaches of the Corral Sea. This beauty would fit right into the landscape. He almost is camouflaged which protects him from predators. The Cassowary Bird might think he would be a little snack. Your tight focus and lighting are so well presented.

She is a gorgeous butterfly and one that I have not seen before. I like the way she is placed within the frame and her pose that allows such a good look at her wings as well as her head and antennas , her wings are like a stained glass pattern.
She is of course well focused, this image is sharp and clear, exposure is correct, the colors and tones throughout the image appear natural.
Well composed allowing a good sense of this location. Well presented!
