Hi LInda, What a beautiful setting to capture an image of a loon. Love the focus and lighting but those waves have such a lovely calming affect. Both loon and blue water just draw you in. Love loons and this view is awesome! Wish I had a six for you! :o) Nancy

This bird is beautiful. How the light reflects on its plumage is intriguing. Your close-up is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I enjoy the sharpness of detail and texture. The close-up is well composed and framed. The bird has a good placement within the frame. The composition is balanced.

What a beautiful bird! The color of that water is fabulous. Great low angle , looks like you almost had your camera slightly above the water! It is elegant, well framed and very nice edit.

I actually thought this was a painting Linda because of the sort of strange color in this, certainly makes the iage look different and it almost akes the water look real as if you could touch it,that might sound strange but thats how i view this, like it...Brian

A very good looking, striking image posted here! Your fine and classical composition offers us an enjoyable view of that lovely duck floating by you. Like its patterned feathers. Love those water ripples. Exposure and sharpness are spot on! Great shot!

You really did a wonderful artistic job in this take It really appeals to me when such action is tried out to enhance and enrich photography. The overall affect is good focus and placement with attention to a reciprocal intensified background that totally pops the main image ... lovely work.

Yes well we were going very slow because I was trying to capture photos. So the waves weren?t very harsh or he?d be gone.

    Thank you so much Sean.
