Outstanding sky and bright red ship. You captured the scene well. Thanks for sharing. The water is ok, the ship's reflection nice. The buildings are ok.

    Welcome. Very nice display indeed.

It is probably an empty tanker because it is riding kind of high. This is a very nice shot and I get a kick out of the name KESS, I think I would team it up with MY ESS. Thanks for the chuckle. A very enjoyable presentation, Ray

Great sky. I never seen a sky look like this. All the different shades of blue Is this a normal sky? But than the boat with the red is striking.Excellent shot

Very many thanks for your kind and interesting review! Yes, it was a normal sky just as the sun was setting. We sailed after sunset.

What an eye-catching, sleek-looking red ship. You have shot it well. The light and shadows, colours and, composition have worked out well. Good effort!

Certainly a bright and vivid scene of the ship against the blue sky and the yellow.
The ship really stands out and the clarity and focus is great. Nicely composed and presented Nik.

with such a beautiful bright red color, it should be called "Kiss" rather than "Kess"; lol.

Nik,
An interesting picture of the red ship in Dublin port with the letters KESS on it's side standing for K line European Sea Highway Services on it's side which calls into Dublin once a week. It certainly catches my eye. With it's reflection on the water below. The rain clouds overhead make interesting patterns in the sky. Just one of the Poolbeg towers are visible. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Gorgeous

Awe I so want to go to Ireland. Apparently, our history goes way back to Ireland.

Maybe one day I will be well enough for travel again.

I am enjoying your photos in the meantime. Great job with this.

:)

Who says you're an amateur. Too bad the ship wasn't named 'KISS'. Colors are extremely fine tuned and explosive. Well done. Your portfolio must rock!
