This is such an uplifting work of art, the young girl obviously likes the rain , it appears that she is catching the rain drops in her left hand as she pushes the umbrella back with her right hand.
Well created to show the girl in a red jacket with gold trim, I like the colors in the umbrella and the way you show the falling air. You bring this girl to life with your creation of her big blue eyes! Well arranged and presented!

Thank you, artist friend alaskapat. I appreciate your reviewing and kindness when I know it is not my better work, but a learning process with the imagined creation and new medium. And, you noticed tossing it back.

You should take it seriously again. This is a colourful and joyful painting. The light and shadows, colours and composition have worked out well. Good effort!

Thank you for reviewing and being so kind artist friend Seshadri. I should have drawn the handle longer, the hands larger, even for fun-, rather than non-realistic work. I hope to get back to it but with regular watercolors, not the watercolor pencils until I do the other first.

Thank you kindly. I guess it wasn't too back to be my first in watercolor pencils and those brushes; eventually I had to still use some watercolor that I hadn't yet gotten back to painting with this getting back to painting, dawing.
