Wow, this bird was clearly in a tizzy. Lol. Your detail is sharp. Although a bit dark, I still love it. Great rule of thirds, contrast and emotion.

The cormorant is not my favorite bird as they are not friendly other birds. This one is showing off his aggressive nature. The construction of the scene works.

Even though Cormorants are not my favorite bird I think you did fine job of capturing and portraying this birds nature.

The photo is sharp showing clear and well defined details in every part of the bird, and the exposure is very good.
The format you have cropped the photo into looks fine, and the bird by the placement off to the right, has got room to move into. It is a lovely and well taken photo Fred, and with an excellent DOF.

A beautiful picture of the juvenile Cormorant wings outspread as it dries them in the sunshine & the breeze. The sky reflected on the lake's surface is a bonus. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Fine photography. Perhaps the large fish wasn't tasty enough or he had better things to view. His face and neck as well as the yellow beak are so well destined. The water is nice, good composition as a whole.
