We have many wind farms in Belgium and I always find them fascinating. Love this most excellent composition and use of light. Beautiful photo!

I like the simplicity of this shot, Nik, with the layered sky in the background. The solitary wind generator certainly stands out from the landscape beneath. Your image is sharp and focussed and I love the colours of the sunset in the background.

Use to be you would pass a solitary business, tourist trap, restaurant. Now their all gone for the most part and replaced by solitary windmills.
On an east bound trip on I-70 it occurred to me that an ideal environment for these wind driven contraptions is right down the median strip of an east/west Interstate. Odd what one thinks of when one has driven too long a stretch.
Great color and detail from excellent camera settings. Tough area is cloud detail, this shot has that under control - nicely seen cloud edges not smudged.
You also captured the sense of wide open spaces - like you can see forever.
Well captured and framed ... Bob

The sky is simply adorable, beautiful with its yellows, the scattered clouds of lights/off whites, blues and bottom portion very nice. The way you captured the whole is fine, with the sky a nice background. The windmill generator is rather nice and fore grass also.

Welcome. Lovely scene. Actually, the loveliest I've seen with a windmill.

A good-looking image is posted here of a gigantic bird guillotine. Your fine and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of this death-dealing device that generates enough electricity per year to power almost 300 American-size homes while eliminating a few thousand annoying seagulls in the process! The shredded gulls under the rotating blades of death feed local scavengers. It's a win-win-win!

Nik,
A dramatic picture of the silver grey wind Turbine set against the cloudy Texan sky, with a band of yellow clouds across the centre of the sky below them clear blue sky. Above them blue sky with fluffy white clouds. on the ground the flat countryside stretches out the the horizon. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

I really like the simplicity of this photo, and also the lovely sky. The wind generator is standing out from it in an excellent way.
The photo is sharp and it is clear and well defined details to be seen. The exposure is perfect.
I think the cropping is working well, but you could have taken a bit more on each side since the generator is centered. Still I think this is a lovely and well taken photo Nikman.
