Interesting to see the two small boats green because of the low tide.
They appear to be fishing boats. I see the buoys and floats.
Well focused, the image is clear.
Good exposure in the bright sunlight .
Colors and tones appear true and natural.
Well composed in vertical format.

I love the angle that you have taken this shot from. I presume that you were looking down at them from the harbour or something similar. The lighting and focus are good as is the composition.
