Well rendered , my initial impression is that I am looking at an old comic book page , the scene showing the gangsters is well arranged, the attention to detail is impressive your show of the light and shadows really works to give this the look of an old gangster scene .i like that it's two men and a women.
I appreciate the way you filled the page.

Not knowing what this type of art is or being familiar with it, I, too researched it somewhat. The marks in the clothing, especially of the first gentleman and the whole work, I think, well depict what the meaning is, in a semi-abstract work. Best wishes.

I also had to look up what Art Noir was - I think you have met requirement with this work. I like the unusual coloring which gives a very 1920s look to your artwork. Well done and good luck in contest.
