Definitely full of colorful art. The designs and colors on the head are amazing, beautiful. The flowers below at the neck are also lovely. The colorful background with its purples, yellows, mints and peaches is also lovely.

She is a burst of colorful energy ! So very well created with amazing detail! I love the cap of flowers and heart shapes and leaves and the way it is arranged on her head , they even cover her left eye! She wears purple hoop earrings , blue and violet eye shadow which emphasized her big blue eyes! I love the colorful background too!
This is so much fun , it's so uplifting , its an outstanding entry for this contest!

Outstanding and stunning creativity and vivid use of your imagination. Colorful headdress and wonderful expression of this pretty lady. Reminds me of the age of the flapper.
