Now this is funny ! Seriously! Look at this goofy face! I'm laughing , my neighbor has a Samoyed and this looks like a Samoyed with a smile and an odd shaped face!
Your title imply that this is perhaps an alien from a different planet! I like the raised hands above and behind the dog!

It has to be good fantasy mixed media photography. There is realism with the hands; there is distortion with the funny-face and body of the dog--it is a dog, isn't it? Nice fur.
