Sesha,
A beautiful & eye-catching picture of the Pomegranates piled high in a basket with some open around the baskets showing their red seeds covered in the delicious & juicy flesh. The fruit & basket framed by the bushes & trees in the background. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques& sharp focus.

These are lovely and very large (compared to any I have seen) pomegranates which do look delicious. The trees and sky peeping through are nice. I would have removed the items at the bottom so the focus could be on the unusual fruit, but I did not deduct a .5.

Never before in my life have I ever witnessed such a beautiful PoP in my life, Pile of Pomegranates. Bright red orange skin. I always thought of them as kernels of red corn. This is a very good presentation. the best of luck in the contest. Ray

i keep reaching for one but this darn glass on my screen is blocking me! bummer! lol..cool capture. the angle of the shot of the bushel is great. the capture of the light is great. the clarity is great. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

I love pomegranates but a bit expensive in the uk when you can get them, nice one this for the contest and different,i would crop out those ones at the back and maybe trim a tad of the right in this and think it would make for a stronger image...Brian

These pomegranates look absolutely delicious! I love how they're bursting with rich, vibrant color. The fact that they're also packed with antioxidants and flavonoids is an added bonus. It's great to see fresh produce being sold by local farmers, and the fact that the prices are half of what you'd find in the city is definitely a plus. Your photo has definitely made me crave some pomegranates, thank you for sharing this delicious looking image.

Thanks so very much for the time and the fine review! I really appreciate it! NO. I didn't stack them. The old farmer ( not in this pic) sitting next to the cart had done it.:):)

Great entry for the contest. I like the angle you chose for this shot of the luscious looking pomegranates outdoors, waiting for someone like you to come and buy them. I like how you can see some of them cut open to show the seeds. Very good camera techniques showing a clear image. Good luck in the contest. Suzanne
