Great angle of this Brian. You have framed this well. Great light control and wonderful balance. The clouds really make this stand out beautifully.

This is lovely black and white work, skilled photography. There are many whites, via the lovely and fluffy clouds, the window and door, and grayscales, blacks. Fine work.

So impressive photograph of this old windmill that is presented from an intersection angle, capturing the dramatic white clouds and clear sky.
Very suitable black and white choice and wonderful contest entry. Brian, best of luck in the voting.

This is a beautiful entry for this contest. The windmill is well placed within the frame off to the right, the sky is so alive with the puffy white clouds.
This is well focused, the image is clear and you have brought out its texture and details.
Well composed in the vertical format. Well presented
Best wishes to you in-the contest!

you have such a wide range of captures in your portfolio..looks like its gonna be a 3 minute video for to do it right to give the viewer a concept of what you offer in your captures. i like this one and will save it for the video. ill make it rocking for ya. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this windmill with partly cloudy sky view is great. the capture of the light is great. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

Hi Brian!
I dunno' very much about Photography ( at least not about 'serious' photography so I can't offer anything of a 'knowledgeable' critique of the picture but I can say that I honestly like it a lot!
'Good Show',my friend!

Very nice in black and white, I very like that you took the back of this windmill, usually people go for the front, I love the way the sky is here with the clouds, they are pretty bid structure.

Fantastic entry for this competition! Wow. You must have been virtually lying down to take this! Such a great angle.
Everything is in perfect focus, you've managed a good range of tones throughout and the amazing clouds in the sky are a real bonus.
Where is it exactly? Is it anywhere near the House in the Clouds? I'm sure I've photographed this same windmill, but many moon ago.
Very best of luck in the contest.
Charlotte
