This is a very different flower, not sure what it is but the subtle pink tipped petals pointing out every which way are very nice against the darkened background. Similar color to my Lotus blooms posted earlier.

I don't know what kind of flower this is Eileen, but it is very pretty and I like so much the way the light is falling on the top petals. The darkness of the background makes it stand out in an excellent way.

The photo is sharp showing clear and well defined details in the petals of the flower, and the exposure is perfect.

The tall format works well, and the flower has got a fine placement a bit off to the left. A lovely and well taken photo Eileen, and with an excellent DOF.

How pretty is this! This is such a dainty flower, well placed within the frame, I love the way the petals point in all directions.
The light is falling on the flower in such a lovely way , this is well focused, this image is sharp and clear, exposure is correct, the colors and tones appear natural.
The flower steps forward from the deep toned background.
