Your nephew looks completely lost in his own thoughts.
The image is beautifully sharp, I love the composition, his arm hanging out of the window is well placed and that and his position adhere very nicely to the rule of thirds. A lovely photo, very best wishes for the contest.

It is still a nice scene. His expressions are those of contentment, enjoyment. The grass and foliage to the side are really nice with the lively trees. I know how it is when we have a number to choose from.
