If this was a female I'd say 'what a tart!' Lol But I don't know what the equivalent is in males.
A cute photo of a lovely cat, focus is good showing nice detail in his face and particularly the nearest paw. I like the composition and the close crop, and the colours look very natural. Best of luck in the contest.
