Good available light in the photo.
Good long Lenz to capture a moment of time between people at an event.
Good use of black and white photography, it gives the shot more contract, deep black , white highlights.
Nice reflection in the water.
I like Time photos , to where I have to guess the age if the photo. It's gives off a passtime but is recent. Good job of getting the right time in the photography, where people don't get these shots, in-between moments.
Nice f- stop and shutter speed.

This is an interesting scene . We see that there is some type of an event with a lot of people across the water and these six people just resting on the bench and lawn chairs.
Well rendered in black and white.
Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is good,
I can see the two people on the lawn chairs are also enjoying some sun.
Well composed and presented!
