Congratulations on winning the contest Brian! Glad you saw the books when you did. I never even occurred to me that books would be a good subject for a "Still Life: Contest, but these were a good find! They look very old especially the pamphlets beneath the books. Love the lighting it has the old sepia look, very fitting for the subject! Great presentation! Enjoyed seeing! :o) Nancy

The old books are intriguing to see , I like the way they are stacked and placed on the old table.
The books are well focused and clear to view, exposure is correct. The object to the right actually competes with the books, I would remove it .as it draws the eye away from the books .
If you are able to remove that , I will update my review!
