I really like this photography. The ruffled robin provides fine alliteration for the contest "R", so appropriate. But the background is what adds intrigue and the border enhances the work. Best wishes in the contest.

Welcome. After the contest I hope to know your identity as it is a blind contest. Fine work, background unique in particular.

different theme overall in a photo of a robin, think the white edging and green frame slightly distracts from the main subject but it still retains a good subject for the contest, different one for sure...Brian

A beautiful picture of this American Robin ~ Turdus migratorius it's feathers puffed up as it's dries off after it's bath on the fence pole with the wire netting behind it. It's head cocked beak up & eye watching you closely with the light sparkling in it, while highlighting it's plumage. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.

A well-composed photo of the Robin has a clear focal point, and is arranged in an aesthetically pleasing way. The photo also has a good balance of negative space. Good luck!

This is a lovely Mixed Media image of a wet and ruffled Robin. A wonderful clear and focussed image and lighting to show the details and colours. I really like how you have created the framing and green border to bring out the green background colour. All the best in the "R" contest!

The scene is a very cool statement. The postproduction work gives this scene an out of bounds feel. The sharp image of the robin has great a DOF and fills the scene with
dramatic effect.
