A good looking image posted here into the competition! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of that handsome bear and his location. Colours, textures and tones are good. Well painted and good luck!

You did fairly good too with your new endeavor. The background is rather nice, as is the tree with its branches. The Panda is actually quite good. Its arms, especially the left one could benefit from work and the eyes, just a little highlight in its right one and observation of their eyes' insides. With this work, it could easily be a "5".
