Overall a nice photo, with a few issues.
the main focal point are the light cream and pink flowers in the center, they are in focus and have a nice flow and depth.

The issue for me is the flowers in the lower left are out of focus and detract from overall composition, as do the white flowers on the lower right.

If they were cropped out it would make for a better picture and because of them the image/photo is less then a 5.

A beautiful frame filling picture of the Bougainvillea in shades of pink & white with the sun's rays glowing through some of the petals in the centre. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
