We can see immediately that it is cold. We have this same weather here.
You have captured it well with good focus, this image is clear, nice angle of shot looking up the river.
I see the foreground is in the shadows and background is in the sunlight.

A good looking nature image posted here! Can feel the cold here, in the UK, from your full and appropriate composition. Colours, textures and tones are good. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Nicely done!
