A beautiful picture of the Market Stalls lining the pedestrian street, their red umbrella like covers & the sunshine gives it the appearance of the Continent until you see the clothing people are wearing that brings it back to England. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

I'm not sure if I'd call this relatively laid back scene 'dramatic' but it's certainly a nice looking,well-presented photograph!
