The title "Life is A Highway" Doesn't fit the photo. The first thing I saw when open the photo is the rock. Looking for the title I see a small bit of highway on the left. "Rock of Ages would have been a better title. Than the small town leading up to the rocks. The buildings look good in front of the rock. Sorry

In all honesty,my friend,I never liked that 'Life is a Highway' song for a number of reasons
( which I won't bore you by elaborating upon
here ) but I wanted to tell you that I think this is a really Cool picture and that I'm enjoying it a Whole Lot!

This is a perfect picture to enter to this contest. Life is a highway indeed. The formation in the background is perfectly framed for balance and composition.
The line of houses mid frame bring it a great depth and really show the magnificence of the landscape. The winding of the road certainly lead one on.

You covered the same ground as I back in 76 and 91.
The color range and lighting of the take are well balanced and contribute nicely to the overall eye appeal of your composition. A very good take of Cathedral Rock south of Sedona. Perhaps a little to much foreground?
Your camera settings are well established and have produced a high resolution image of good contrast, color and tonal range.
A great place for lunch... Bob

Straight forward view of this place and thats okay as it does show the road against this awesome mountain,yes there might have been a better position to take this but we will never know that,don,t no the song but as long as it is one its fine...Brian
