Nice entry into contest with the bird enjoying time in the water which is stirred up quite a lot by him. The lighting is okay and the focus on eye of bird good. Colors appear natural.

A very beautiful stop action picture of this Jackdaw or Grackle splashing about in the water the droplets caught in mid air the pale sky reflected on the ripples & water surrounding the bird. It's pale eye is eye catching. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Really cool capture. The action in the droplets really is evident. You see his eye, which is hard when shooting blackbirds. The texture of the water is really neat also. Thanks for sharing.
