This scene is gorgeous The sky with its purples, pinks, blues and lights is beautiful. The peaked and shape of the mountain is lovely, along with the ridges, blue and purple tints upon it. You captured it all so well.

The photograph deserves a six stars, so does your personal achievement of getting there and maybe even further up.
The work colors on the sky and the cheerful climbers clothing are in contrast of what the weather really feels like.

Hi WTP, You definitely show how harsh nature can be! That mountain is soooo sharp and rugged looking. I would not want to climb it or even be out in that weather. I can almost feel the chill that you did. Brrrr! Love the touch of lavender in the sky. This is quite a view taken with good lighting and focus! Bravo to you for being out in this kind of weather. Oh my! This looks really cold. It is a pretty scene. I am sure you got cold just shooting this. I have trouble with my camera fogging up when going back in the warm after shooting in cold weather.
I do like this photograph.
